Nathan Sutton:
Managing Director

Nathan’s role includes coaching, helping to run the company as well as the overall day to day operations. He has a degree in Criminology and Sports Science. Nathan previously played for Newcastle Town Football Club and Newcastle and Hartshill Cricket Club, as well as coaching teams at NTFC youth level and Newcastle under Lyme College. He now spends weekends playing golf.

James Askey:
Managing Director

James’ role sees him combine coaching, helping to manage the company as well as marketing and promotion.  He studied at Staffordshire University graduating in 2014 with a BA (Hons) in Sport Development & Coaching. James was full time at Macclesfield Town and has played semi-professional football for clubs such as Buxton, Stafford Rangers and Chasetown in the past and currently captains Newcastle Town.

Sam Bradbury: Coaching Director

Sam’s role includes coaching and coach development. He previously studied at Newcastle under Lyme College until 2011. Sam currently plays semi-professional football for Newcastle Town where he is vice-captain and was part of the Norton United squad that reached the FA Cup First Round. Also used to play cricket for Newcastle & Hartshill, and once hit 150 not out.


Aaron Bott: Head Coach

Aaron’s role sees him combine coaching with helping to overlook different community programmes. Aaron completed an apprenticeship at Stoke City Community trust before joining M4S. He also plays semi-professional football for Leek Town.  


Sam Di Marco: Coach

Sam joined M4S in 2018 after working for Stoke City Community Trust for 4 years, where he spent 2 years coaching academy sessions in China. His role involves coaching in various school, nursery and care home settings. Has also previously studied at Newcastle College.

Jordan Thompson: Coach

Jordan currently studies a BTEC Level 3 in Sports Coaching, development and fitness and combines this with his coaching for Ministry 4 Sport. Jordan also coaches his local under 12’s football team as well as playing himself on a Sunday for Eastwood Hanley.
