Pre Season Player Development Programme

These sessions are designed around each player’s individual needs. We focus on different elements of the game and work with a different topic each week.
Players will work on strengths, weaknesses and analyse the tactical and technical side of the game in more detail.
There will also be an element of fitness and recovery work to help bring fitness levels up to a good level ready for the new season ahead!
These sessions will be designed, co-ordinated and delivered by James Askey and Jack van der Laan.
