school sports premium

The PE and sport premium is designed to help primary schools improve the quality of the PE and sport activities they offer their pupils during curriculum and extra curricular activities. This can be measured by the quality of teaching, the range of activities and sports offered, the level of participation across the school and also how the children develop physically and technically.

Fizzytotz is an exciting physical activity programme specifically designed for early years children that is non sport specific and works with a weekly educational theme that compliments the EYFS guidelines. Each session is 45 minutes long and has its own focus and sub focus that covers every topic in the national curriculum. Our team uses the highest quality and up to date equipment to bring these sessions to life and make them as engaging as possible from start to finish. We have over 50 different sessions that range from sports specific themes such as Football, Rugby and Basketball to more imaginative ones like Cars, Animals, Cooking, Pirates and many more. We currently deliver Fizzytotz in many private nurseries, pre-schools and primary schools across Staffordshire and Cheshire.

EXTRA-CURRICULAR

This is a chance for the children to take part in a wide range of activities and have fun as well as stimulating and engaging their brains. These clubs can also be run as specific sports or for specific age groups. We have found these clubs to be very successful especially when tackling issues such as behaviour. We link these clubs to sports that the children will be covering in their PE lessons.

Breakfast Clubs

This is a chance for the children to take part in a wide range of activities and have fun as well as stimulating and engaging their brains for the school day ahead. These clubs can also be run as specific sports or for specific age groups.

Lunchtime Clubs

We have a variety of lunch time programmes available, which we have found to be very successful especially when tackling issues such as behaviour. We link these clubs to sports that the children will be covering in their PE lessons.
